Virtue Cider and Publican Quality Meats are teaming up for the perfect fall pairing - apple cider and pie. A hand-picked selection of One Off Hospitality family chefs will use Virtue Cider, fruit from Michigan's Seedling Farm, and more local purveyors to create a selection of pies for guests to enjoy. Guests will sample each pie and vote on a winner. Chef line up includes:
Erika Chan - The Publican
Nicole Guini - Blackbird
Natalie Saban - Pacific Standard Time
Leigh Omilinsky - Bellemore and Swift & Sons
Try each chef's cider pie recipe paired with Virtue Cider, and vote for your favorite. The chef with the most votes wins!
We’re proud to make this a 100% charitable event. All proceeds will directly benefit our partner, Pilot Light, a local non-profit helping kids make healthier choices by connecting the lessons they learn in their classrooms to the foods they eat on their lunch trays, at home, and in their communities.
Each ticket includes entry to the event, one voting token, and a collectible glass and pie fork. 21+ only, please.
