Cassoulet Night 5 at Café Cancale

Back and better than ever, One Off welcomes Chef David Campigotto of Chez David in Castelnaudary, France back to Chicago for Cassoulet 2019. The rich casserole of meat and beans from Southern France warms the soul and leaves you savoring every last bite and Chef David is known to make the best around.

Chef David will be flying to Chicago, ingredients in tow, to join our team in the kitchen for a five-night series at Publican Quality Meats & Café Cancale, complete with a heavy-metal soundtrack at both restaurants. A highly sought after event, be sure to get your tickets early as we will sell out.

Cassoulet at Café Cancale is highly encouraged BYOB as we’ll be pouring wines in a communal fashion at the table. Our full-service bar will be available à la carte.

We will be hosting a 5 p.m. seating and an 8 p.m. seating.
