How do I get the One Off Rewards app?
You can download the One Off Rewards app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play store (Android) now! If you prefer to use One Off Rewards through your web browser, you can sign up here.

How does the One Off Rewards loyalty program work?
One Off Rewards members receive one rewards point for every dollar spent at our restaurants. You’ll receive $10 in rewards dollars for every $150 you spend across all One Off Hospitality restaurants. There are also different tiers to One Off Rewards—meaning the more frequently you dine with us, the more frequently the rewards come.

There are three membership levels that you can achieve as a member of One Off Rewards:

  • Bronze Members spend between $1-$999 in a calendar year and earn 1 point for every dollar spent

  • Silver Members spend at least $1,000 in a calendar year and earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent

  • Gold Members spend over $2,500 in a calendar year, and earn 1.5 Points for every dollar spent

How do I earn points?

Any time you dine in at any one of our concepts; order takeout/delivery; purchase merchandise, retail or pantry items; and book private events or catering (food & beverage purchases only) with us, you’ll earn points on your account! Be sure to tell your server and/or cashier if you’re using One Off Rewards.

How do I redeem points?

Points can be used towards dine in meals, takeout/delivery, merchandise as well as retail and pantry items purchased through our restaurants. You’ll be alerted via our app when you’ve earned rewards dollars. Let your server know that you’d like to use those towards your next meal! If you’re ordering takeout or delivery, be sure to log in to your account first before placing your order in order to redeem your points. (Please note: Rewards dollars are not applicable towards gift card purchases, Table 22 subscriptions, ticketed events and catering/private event bookings.)

Can I earn and redeem points at Publican Tavern O’Hare?

At this time, One Off Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed at our Publican Tavern location at O’Hare Airport location. We hope you’ll still consider dining with us before or after your next flight!

Where can I view my points and rewards?

Log into the One Off Rewards app (or on your web browser) and click “My Rewards” in the bottom righthand corner. Your total points and rewards dollars should appear here. Remember, every 150 points you accrue at any one of our restaurants equals $10 in rewards.
